Cairns Adaptive Yoga and Meditation Classes FAQs


What will the classes involve?
The classes will be a mixture of yoga poses, breathwork and meditation.

What level of fitness will I need?
Catherine will be getting in touch with all participants prior to classes starting to understand your fitness level and your goals.

When will the classes take place?
Each class will run for 60 minutes on a Wednesday at 12.00pm.

What are the benefits of participating in Adaptive Yoga and Meditation classes?

What do I wear to the class?
Clothes that comfortable for you to move your body around in (t-shirts and leggings/trackpants etc.)

Can I bring a support worker to the class?
A friend, family member or support worker is welcome to assist you.
