What will the appointments involve?
An individualised program will be created for you, following an assessment and discussion about your goals. You will also be provided with a home exercise program to maximise your potential.

When will the clinics be held, for how long and between what hours? 
Appointments will be held on the first Tuesday of every month and will run for
60 minutes.

How much do the appointments cost?
Our team can assist you to access the sessions through the NDIS or other funding bodies. We will provide a quote when you submit our online form. Feel free to contact us on 1300 774 625 with any questions.

What are the benefits of participating?
Our appointments involve assessment and goal setting, helping you to:

  • Improve your hand and upper limb posture, movement, strength or dexterity
  • Boost your current skills to better manage your personal care tasks
  • Enhance the use of your affected upper limbs to complete daily activities that are important to you
  • Improve the posture and management of your affected upper limb(s)
  • Address symptoms including swelling, spasticity, pain and splinting needs.

The exercises and activities are tailored for people living with spinal cord damage, cerebral palsy, post-stroke symptoms, Brain Injuries and other neurological conditions.

Do I need a carer or support worker?
If you require the regular assistance from a carer or family member, we encourage you to bring them with you.
